That said, it’s good to see the Commonwealth storyline moving forward. Ruining these cliffhangers feels like a mistake. Moreover, we also see Judith is safe and well after getting trapped in a flooding room surrounded by walkers in the previous episode. ![]() Sure, they’re main characters and we pretty much knew they were going to survive, but it would’ve been nice for them not to ruin the surprise. While I can’t speak for Elijah (Okea Eme-Akwari), the trailer spoils that Maggie, Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), and Gabriel (Seth Gilliam) all make it out alive. We’re left wondering if they all escape with their lives. Firstly, in “For Blood,” Leah (Lynn Collins) fires a bunch of explosives at Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and her group. That said, this teaser pretty much ruins the two massive cliffhangers.
